Due to the nature of our food and consumable products, returns are accepted only in limited cases. Products are eligible for return or replacement if they are delivered in a damaged condition, if the wrong product is delivered, or if any item is missing from your order. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.
